Act as the subject matter expert in all Compensation & Benefits areas, including global mobility & executive compensation.
Drive C&B program implementation, change management and provides consultancy to HR and Line Managers globally.
Act as guardian of HR policies and core principles in managing compensation & benefits systems and processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and upkeep C&B strategy and alignment; ensuring its effectiveness in achieving corporate objectives
Provide C&B functional leadership and advice to Corporate Leaders, Country GMs, HODs and HR VP on keeping Corporate and Country C&B programs to meet the changing business needs and retaining key talents
Oversee and manage annual salary review policies/processes and variable bonus policies/processes; Responsible for sales bonus calculation/payout. Design LTIP, ESPP and RSUs programs for employees across the organization.
Develop and oversees the Benefits programs and Insurance programs for regional sites. Select and manage external partners to ensure efficient support to employees
Oversee and manage C&B benchmarking surveys and analysis of survey outcome; Update salary ranges where necessary; Being the custodian for Corporate Rank system and Corporate HR approval matrix
Provide analytical and admin support to executive's compensation and share schemes.
Manage International mobility matters including package design, tax, immigration, policies and processes, etc.
Keep abreast of regulations and guidelines in various countries so as to ensure HR practices are in compliance with legal requirements
Educate and coach Site HR colleagues in C&B knowledge, be the centre of expertise; Manage and coordinate the timely submission of Monthly HR reports from site.
Participate in any related project assigned by the Company to improve process efficiency, productivity, budget preparation and retention.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Compensation & Benefits, Economics, Business or equivalent.
A strong C&B professional with at least 10 years HR track record from an MNC and manufacturing environment. Out of which, at least 5 years of C&B solid experience at corporate or regional level.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects through to completion and ability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple people/programs simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven effective team player with ability to build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders to achieve results. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient and experienced in driving significant change management efforts.
Analytical, flexible, self & result-driven and proactive. Can work both in the detail and at a conceptual level.
Ability to travel domestic and internationally as required to support this role's regional operations.
