Regional Corporate Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives for the assigned region to drive growth and expansion.
• Identify new opportunities, markets, and partnerships within the region that align with the company's goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to support strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between the company's offerings and market needs.
• Prepare and present strategic proposals, reports, and insights to senior management.
• Negotiate and facilitate partnerships, alliances, and agreements to optimize resources and maximize value for the company.
• Monitor competitor activities and trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster new relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, preferably in a regional role (preferrably in Japan, Korea, China)
• Strong understanding of the assigned market and business culture.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
