SVENTL is looking for an experienced Regional CRM Manager to lead our CRM strategy across Asia in the semiconductor/ IC design industry. This role is focused on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through data-driven CRM initiatives that support revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a background in CRM, project management skills, and experience with customer lifecycle management in a diverse regional market, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the CRM strategy for Asia, aligned with global goals to support semiconductor industry growth.
- Must have experience in Semiconductors/ Chip Design industry experience.
- Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through channels like email, SMS, and social media.
- Integrate CRM systems seamlessly to ensure a personalized and efficient customer experience.
- Use data insights to define and execute effective customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze customer behaviors and trends for tailored marketing efforts.
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to make adjustments and improve ROI.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics) to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Map the customer journey and develop lifecycle engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized content.
- Oversee CRM platform selection, integration, and optimization, with specific expertise in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure smooth data integration and process automation.
- Regularly assess CRM performance metrics, providing insights to senior leadership and suggesting improvements.
- Ensure CRM practices comply with regional data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
- Maintain and promote best practices in CRM and data management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Applications / Electronics
- 10+ years of CRM experience in a regional or global role, with a proven track record in the Asian market semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM tools like HubSpot or Adobe.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to regional needs.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations across Asia is an advantage.
