About the job
- You will be leading and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to align with both regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.
- You will be required to identify and assess various risks across financial, operational, and strategic risks, ensuring that risk management practices aligns with the business strategy.
- You will be responsible for reviewing and updating local risk policies, standards, and conducting risk assessments.
- You will lead the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process, reviewing solvency assessments and coordinating regulatory ORSA submissions.
- You will track action plans, oversee operational incidents, and manage the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Skills and experience required
- At least 5 years of risk management/audit experience, ideally in the re/insurance industry.
- You should possess expertise in risk governance, ORSA and ERM framework
- You should possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
