About the role
When looking for a solution for a problem, knowing the law is only half of the equation.
Reporting to the Regional Ethics & Compliance Director in our Asia-Pacific office, this role aims to impart you with a practical experience to deal with the practice of compliance.
This role will support the implementation of the CEVA Compliance program across Asia-Pacific and ensure CEVA's compliance with E&C regulations, principles, and standards in Asia-Pacific.
This 6-month full-time internship commences Dec 2024/Jan
What you will be doing
Principal Responsibilities
Assisting in the implementation of CEVA Compliance Program in APAC
Brainstorming, sourcing, and implementing solutions to improve compliance processes such as Trade Compliance, Regulatory Compliance and Governance
Driving Asia-Pacifics Ethics & Compliance innovation
Assisting in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
Raising the visibility of the Ethics & Compliance department and educating our internal clients
Requirements
The successful candidate
Essential
Undergraduate Degree in the relevant area, including Law or Compliance
General knowledge in Ethics & Compliance ie. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption internal laws, Trade Compliance, Data Privacy and Competition Laws in Asia-Pacific
