Regional Finance Manager (Tax) Manufacturing MNC

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Industrial Machinery industry. They are looking for a Regional Finance Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Regional Finance Manager:

• Ovesee company's accounting and implement strategic Finance department's strategy
• Notify the company's operational team of unusual accounting fluctuations
• Monitor/Review the company's account reconciliations
• Monitor the company's annual audit process
• Handle company matters related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and taxation
• Evaluate and submit the necessary GST returns on a quarterly basis
• Establish/review internal controls in the Finance team, implementing new controls if required
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies, ensuring compliance and timely filing for all taxes.
• Oversee treasury activities, including cash management and funding options, to optimize costs.
• Analyze financial transactions for risk management and provide investment advice, including creating investment frameworks and conducting due diligence.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent qualifications/certifications
• Minimum 10 years of relevant MNC working experience, with regional exposure
• Experience in Taxation is required
• Prior exposure in treasury is an added advantage
