We are seeking a HR Leader to oversee all human resources initiatives and shape a people strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business goals. This position is key in cultivating a thriving workplace culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving impactful talent management practices.
As Head of HR, you will lead workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline and enhance collaboration across borders. You'll work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance, inclusivity, and innovation remain at the heart of what we do.
We're seeking someone with 15+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership, preferably in the tech, or fintech sectors, with strong regional exposure in SEA markets.
