We are looking for a Regional HR Director to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions across multiple countries. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, managing HR teams, and ensuring compliance with regional labor laws. The Regional HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to regional leaders, driving employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Strategic HR Management:
    Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives and regional needs.
    Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business priorities and provide HR solutions that support regional growth and operational goals.
    Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and address organizational challenges.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple locations within the region, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR function and across regional teams.
    Ensure HR teams are effectively executing HR programs and services in line with organizational standards.
  • Talent Management and Development:
    Oversee regional recruitment strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    Drive performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and managing succession planning.
    Implement and promote employee development programs and career path initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    Address complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
    Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve job satisfaction, retention, and organizational commitment.
    Ensure effective communication channels between employees and management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national labor laws and regulations.
    Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to minimize legal and operational risks.
    Manage investigations and audits related to employment practices and compliance.
  • Organizational Development:
    Support organizational change initiatives and help drive cultural transformation within the region.
    Analyze organizational structure and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the region.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    Oversee regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
    Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend adjustments to address market trends and internal equity.
    Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    Provide regular reports and insights on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment performance.
    Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have -

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or director-level role.
  • Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple locations or regions.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively within a dynamic business environment.
