About the role
Working closely with our Regional HR Compensation & Benefits team and HR Operations team, the Regional HR Intern will assist with daily operational processes, as well as C&B related projects. This 6-month full-time internship commences in Dec 2024/Jan
What you will be doing
Learn and experience how to manage end to end lifecycle of an employees journey from onboarding to offboarding with the company
Opportunity to enhance and review new-comers orientation program
Review of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Take ownership in promoting employees benefits and assistance program
Provide reporting and analyzing data to Government agencies and management
Involve in job benchmarking exercise for Asia Pacific
Support in any other HR ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
The successful candidate:
Essential
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good inter-personal, teamwork and organisation skills
High level of confidentiality
Great attention to details, meticulous
Motivated and pro-active
Good command of written and spoken English
Desirable
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business related disciplines is an added advantage
Knowledge in HRMS, systems or design software is an added advantage
