About Our Client
Our client is an digital solutions provider with a mission to empower businesses with cutting-edge IT operation solutions to drive digital transformation. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join their team and help build up their regional footprints.
Job Description
- Responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs of the business unit across the region.
- Develop and implement team building strategies to promote team collaboration and cohesion.
- Design and implement performance plans and appraisal systems to ensure that employees performance is accurately evaluated and effectively feedback.
- Design and manage employee benefit plans, including health insurance, leave system, etc., to improve employee satisfaction.
- Maintain close communication with the headquarters HR, and coordinate the implementation of HR policies and projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 8 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience with regional exposure, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player and high sense of responsibility, good communication and critical thinking ability
- Agile and strong learning ability to adapt to the company's rapid development of the pace of work.
