Our client is global leader in international education services. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional HR Operations Manager to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Regional HR Operations Manager:
- Oversee HR systems and Compensation & Benefits operations across 7 Southeast Asian markets, ensuring policy compliance and driving People Experience (PX) projects and initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional and in-country leaders on employment matters, including performance management, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and reporting.
- Facilitate the Annual Performance and Remuneration review by coordinating closely with PX teams at local, regional, and global levels.
- Manage employee data across HR systems, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance, using SuccessFactors.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and provide guidance on policy updates across the region.
- Work with regional and global PX teams to enhance employee experiences through targeted projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field
- 6 years of relevent experience with regional exposure
- Experience with Successfactor
