Data center Hvac Service Manager

Job scope
. Lead field service engineer team in data center hvac servicing and maintenance work
. Develop and implement maintenance schedules Hvac.
. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure maintenance quality and safety standards are met.
. Prepare detailed work method statement (wms) for maintenance Project and all mission critical work environment work documentation
. Ensure service team adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirement

-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in hvac maintenance, with at least 3 years in a senior engineer or management role.
- Proficient in hands-on experience with chiller, cooling towers, pumps equipment's, AHUS,MAUs, FCUs,DX
-Strong technical skill and documentation knowledge of data center hvac equipmentmaintainence and troubleshooting

-Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive work method statements, pre work documentation, risk assessment etc

-Bilingual
