Our client is a Philippines Headquartered Conglomerate is hiring a Regional Information Technology (CTO) to drive transformation.
You will lead the strategic vision and execution of IT initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives. This role focuses on driving innovation, optimizing operations, and facilitating digital transformation while promoting collaboration within the IT department and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic IT Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that promotes innovation and scalability.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to identify competitive advantages.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability.
- Integrate various IT systems to enhance operational efficiency and data flow.
Technology Investments:
- Evaluate technology investments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and ROI.
- Manage IT budgets and resource allocation.
IT Operations & Service Delivery:
- Ensure the stability and performance of IT operations, establishing SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead the IT team in providing effective support and maintaining business continuity.
Data Management:
- Develop and implement a data strategy to enhance data quality and drive business value.
- Collaborate with business leaders to leverage data for decision-making.
Innovation and Digital Transformation:
- Foster a culture of innovation within the IT team and lead digital transformation initiatives.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
- Defining and implementing a Cybersecurity Strategic Plan in-scope, aligned with the Global Cybersecurity Strategic Plan, business objectives, local and regional regulatory and compliance requirements
- Mitigating risk exposure at entities in-scope, ensuring that appropriate risk treatment plans are developed to comply with defined risk appetite. This includes risk identification, risk acceptance, solution development and risk mitigation implementation support
- Leading cybersecurity transformation journey to put in place at entities in-scope, an organization based on key disciplines: Information Security, Cyber Incident Response, Operational Resilience, Data Protection. This includes collaborating on key security tasks, such as incident management, access control, threat modeling, vulnerability management, third party assessments, etc.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the IT department.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, COBIT, additional CISSP and CISM certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years in IT leadership roles, preferably in multinational manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technology projects and budgets.
- Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
