This is a pivotal role within the organisation and will form part of the senior leadership team and required an individual to wear a number of hats.
The ideal candidate will offer:
demonstrable experience of managing large-scale operations, identifying operational needs, developing the strategy of operations to support the business in achieving its goals
be able to confidently work with the risk and compliance team to manage risks across the region
have oversight for all office related matters including procurement and contracts management
own all IT systems and projects
