About the role
Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, Asia Pacific, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Luxury Fashion vertical and will be responsible for developing key materials to support vertical growth in Asia Pacific. This 6-months full-time internship will begin in January
What you will be doing
Support the updating and maintenance of existing communication content (such as newsletters, workshops etc.)
Support existing account through problem solving
Help to develop Gantt chart for Project management follow-up
Assist in Project management follow-up and milestones commitment
Support countries during tender phase through vendor follow-up and DACs
Requirements
The successful candidate
Essential
Undergraduate in Business / Sales / Supply Chain
Analytical, with the ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions
Team player, ability to work effectively across all levels from management to operators and across different functional areas
Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
Able to work independently
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Desirable
Working knowledge of MS Visio, MS Project will be a plus
