Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role involves working with numerous critical stakeholders across multiple business units. This is a dynamic and complex environment, with the role being very business-focused and playing an essential part in shaping and executing learning strategies across the organization. You will play a critical role in implementing train the trainer programs, collaborating with government agencies, industry experts, and strategic providers to build and sustain a robust learning ecosystem and technical knowledge application.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant learning and development experience in a technical field, preferably in the pharma sector. You must have a proven record in implementing capability-building and deepening initiatives, particularly in technology-related capabilities. Experience in leading train the trainer programs in similar industries and excellent communication skills are essential.
Critical: Regional experience and strong stakeholder relationship management.
