Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders (HR Director, Talent Manager, VPs, Line Managers) to identify L&D needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Plan, deliver, and monitor a 12-month training schedule, balancing long-term planning with flexibility for business needs.
- Manage L&D budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Build relationships with external training providers to offer top-tier development programs for employees.
- Advise and support line managers in resolving performance issues through targeted training and coaching.
- Continuously improve L&D processes and stay updated on trends to ensure best practices and compliance.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of L&D experience in managing corporate training
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience working with external training vendors and delivering internal programs (e.g., Graduate Trainee, Leadership).
- Strong knowledge of personal and behavioral development techniques, with the ability to design and deliver L&D solutions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
