Regional Logistics Manager

Hankyu Hanshin Express Southeast Asia belongs to Hankyu Hanshin Express group, the global logistics company.
We are looking for a Regional Logistics Manager who manage and supervise the logistics business in subsidiaries of Southeast Asia and South Asia, and liaise with Japan HQ.

[Responsibilities]
. Analyses current situation, develops and implements logistics strategy across Southeast Asia and South Asia to attain group objectives.
. Strategically plan and manage investments to expand warehouses in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
. Identifies solutions for process improvement in the warehouses to increase revenue, profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

. Provide timely and proffesional support for new business and new warehouse set-ups.
. Educate logistics managers of subsidiaries of Southeast Asia and South Asia on management of warehouse.
. Conduct Warehouse Audit regularly in warehouses of subsidiaries.
. Joining regular web meeting with Japan headquarter.

[Requirements]
. 10+ years experience and advanced knowledge of Freight Fowarder and Logistics business
. Outstanding problem solving and team management skills
. Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions

. Deep knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
. Excellent written and verbal communication skill
. Able to work under pressure in time-critical situation
. Fluent Japanese language (at least JLPT N1 level) is required to liaise with Japan headquarter about strategy and direction of Area in charge
