  • Proactively notify and serve as the primary technical contact for regional Maisons to clarify the impacts of planned changes in client's Shared environments.
  • Manage network-related projects for the Singapore Telco Node, deploying hardware, patching, preparing configurations, and collaborating with vendors and central teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Effectively collaborate with technology partners, vendors, Maisons, and Central IT teams to enforce governance, deliver timely and successful project outcomes, and maintain seamless network operations.
  • Organize network communities across the region to promote the sharing of solutions and best practices and capture new topics for Central's attention.
  • Ensure that Network Central standards are known, enforced, and used regionally by Maisons.
  • Establish and maintain detailed network documentation, inventories, change management procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications & Experience
