What You Will Be Doing:
Main area of responsibility: financial results & cash movements per region.
Organise and keep track of regional initiatives from all teams involved (incl. Sales, Marketing, CSM, Product, GR & Legal).
Take part in initiatives development by reviewing proposals & generating his/her own ones together with C-level and head of regions by function (if any).
Set up clear expectations and monitor whether results are achieved per each region-specific initiative.
Facilitate regional initiatives completion, participating in each project as a regional CEO.
Participate in negotiations with clients (both existing and potential), marketing events, authority communications and key suppliers as a regional CEO.
Participate in budgeting process, by verifying regional budget consistency.
Regularly present the results of a plan-fact analysis on whole regional PL and BS (not only sales or revenue), clearly outlining the sources for deviations and proposing ways to improve negative flows.
Identify and assess financial, operational, and strategic risks in the region.
Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of regional talent.
Key KPI: revenue from the region; rate of growth; absence of administrative regulatory operational obstacles for sales; robust project management and reporting system.
About You:
Being located in APAC region is a must.
Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin and English is a must.
5+ years in leading commercial operations roles in global IT companies.
Strong analytical mindset.
Strong negotiator.
Experience in coordinating leading Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Administration, Operations activities in a given region.
Desired background: Operations Manager, or country manager / deputy Chief Commerce / deputy COO at a startup.
Ability to read Clickhouse charts and build Excel tables.
Ability to lead projects, assign tasks to other teams and execute tasks personally without junior subordinates.
