2. Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data and trends to influence business decisions.
3. Serve as a key point of contact for regional employee relations, ensuring alignment with Global/Regional policies whilst tailoring approaches to the regional or business context.
4. Oversee talent acquisition efforts, supporting regional hiring needs.
5. Support the business through organisational change, acquisitions, or regional restructuring. These changes can be globally driven, therefore the ability to work as part of a global programme of work is critical.
6. Enhance leader capability throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goal-setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
7. Responsible for driving people-related initiatives and projects across the region, including the implementation of workforce planning and headcount modeling. This role will ensure alignment with business objectives while optimizing talent management and resourcing processes.
8. Track and analyse regional HR metrics (e.g. Attrition, engagement), using these with external trends and insights to recommend actions to improve the employee experience and drive business impact.
9. Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and longer term success.
