- Product Launches: Oversee the entire process of launching new products in the region, coordinating with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure successful entry.

Requirements:
- 510 years in regional product marketing or business development, ideally within the electronic connectors or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with regional regulations, standards, and market entry strategies for electronic products.
- Proven experience managing product marketing or business development within a specific region, with an understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Strong background in product development, marketing, and driving business growth within electronics or manufacturing industries.
- Skilled in market research, pricing, and competitive analysis with the ability to apply insights to regional strategies.
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams across various countries and cultures.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
