General Job Description
The position is responsible for providing assistance to the Project Manager/Implementation
Manager in Implementation and Internal and External Enhancement projects. They are required to
work with various internal stakeholders (Department Managers, Operations Managers, Regional
Account Managers) and external stakeholders (Customers) in order to on board and stabilise new
businesses
Implementation Executive Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Plan, Manage and execute implementation/on boarding of new businesses
2. Support the Program/Project Manager on various Internal and External customer projects
and initiatives by
a. Creating GANTT Charts
b. Project Flow Diagrams
c. Writing and Developing Standard Operating procedures
d. Conducting training with local branch offices
e. Managing Key progress meetings and providing regular updates to the
project/implementation stakeholders
f. Developing Report Automation
g. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enhancement and deployment
h. New EDI implementation with IT
i. Process enhancement
j. Create and Review Work Instruction (WI) developed by other account teams
k. Provide consultation and support on business aspects for Regional IT
Skillset Requirements
1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, Powerpoint
2. Able to learn new systems and software quickly
3. Experience in at least one aspect of freight forwarding Operations. Export or Import,
Preferable if experienced in both.
4. Detail oriented and able to manage their own schedule well.
5. Has good time management
6. Strong Team player
7. Responsible and able to work remotely to deliver key tasks completed on time
8. Good interpersonal skills
Experience and Qualifications
1. Graduated from college or university with majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation,
International Business or related majors
2. 2 years minimum experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
3. Air/Ocean Freight experience is a PLUS
