Objective:
Our client, a leading provider of banking software solutions, is looking for Project Manager to join their team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in representing their projects, ensuring the successful delivery of complex implementations, and managing the delivery of innovative banking AI products within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with technical expertise and the ability to handle customer-facing situations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-focused projects that enhance core banking solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop detailed project plans.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of projects.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and assess project risks related to AI implementation and core banking operations, developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with experience in core banking systems.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a banking or financial services context.
- Good understanding of core banking operations, regulatory requirements, and familiarity with emerging AI trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Thai language is essential to manage Thai speaking clients.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
