Requirements:
Degree in Engineering and/or related field
ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Certificate
Minimum 8 years of experience in implementation and management of quality systems preferably in construction sector
Familiar with all aspects of quality standards and processes requirements of local Authorities
Analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws
Ability to handle stress and to operate under deadlines whilst standards are conformed
Responsibilities
Establish Project Quality System, implement and maintain in accordance to Singapore standards
Monitor all legal and regulatory compliance requirements and performance and identify preventive programs to mitigate any potential non-compliance.
Assess the implementation of Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans at sites and to ensure the project Quality plan follows specification and contract requirements
Visit sites periodically and conduct detailed and recorded quality, process and safety check so as to ensure the quality is up to industry and company standards
Liaise with Authorities, vendors, sub-contractors and external parties on project quality matters and improvement requirements
Conduct and organize/support QMS Internal/External audit and ensure close out of all Inspection and Audit Non conformities
Attend client quality management meetings
Coordinate Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover
Provide and organize training for staff regarding Quality matters from time to time, including materials, workmanship, health, safety and environmental issues
