About the Team
The team's mission will support the Global Real Estate Department (APAC), which is headquartered in Singapore to lead the establishment and integration of Workplace Strategy into Bytedance's corporate culture and brand identity with an understanding of local uniqueness, impacting strategic plans, capital, and operational projects, corporate procurement, and quality and service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the documentation of Bytedance global design guidelines based on relevant factors with the help of the headquarters design team.
- Gather market intelligence on office interior design trends.
- Lead office interior fit-out projects in cooperation with in-house PM, covering design, tender, construction, and handover, and integrate workplace design into projects while considering various requirements.
- Ensure designs meet agreed budgetary and schedule objectives.
- Present individual projects at regional and global levels.
- Collaborate with multiple managers and external teams to achieve business and brand objectives.
- Conduct site visits and attend design meetings for information management and decision execution.
- Lead and supervise the preparation of design tools.
- Initiate digital information and metrics across office locations.
- Perform other duties as directed by the real estate delivery manager.
