Regional Sales Account Manager - Vice President

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Global Sales Team. You will work directly with clients, prospects and business stakeholders and will be responsible for refining, implementing and running a sales strategy across our offerings.

This is an exciting role as we expand our capabilities globally. The preferred candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirt with a focused approach as we develop this fast-growing part of our business.

This is an individual contributor role, utilising the network of the management team, Delta Capita (DC) network and hands on approach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, manage, and close new business opportunities within APAC accounts
Focus is on Resource Augmentation and Services business, progressing to product and technology opportunities over time
Main point of contact for existing clients, responsible for managing existing client relationships and driving renewal opportunities
To understand each customers business objectives, challenges, and issues and how we present DCs outcome-based solutions to meet these objectives
Document and manage dynamic account plans, encapsulating business requirements including white space and clear competitive replacement strategies
Develop a business plan and go to market/demand management initiatives leveraging DCs organization develop core revenues and penetration across the account base
Develop a 12-to-24-month pipeline of qualified incremental business opportunities
Work alongside global stakeholders such as; Sales, Business Line leads and On-Site Resources

Required Experience

Strong network in Singapore and Hong Kong
Experience in KYC or Post Trade services
Consulting related sales experience and proven ability to identify, qualify, develop and close opportunities
Strong knowledge of industry trends and competition
Knowledge of key sales disciplines- Salesforce, MEDDIC, unsolicited proposals, partner leverage Deal sheets etc
Proven ability to manage multiple, lengthy and complex sales cycles
Proven ability to embrace change & leverage new value propositions rapidly
Experience of working and leveraging appropriate business partners, including tier 1 re-sellers, SIs, SPs, technology providers and software vendors
Proven ability to manage net new business as well as develop existing business opportunities
Exhibit a demonstrable commitment to building close, long-term account relationships, with an appropriate level of regular customer hospitality
Have an interest, market opinion and existing understanding of the financial industry sector, including market dynamics and competitive landscape specifically Regulatory reporting and compliance, CSDR, KYC, SFTR Card Services, Payments, Core Banking , Investment and Wealth Services , M&A , technology rationalization and decommissioning, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking

Required Skills
