We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead and expand our sales operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This senior leadership role will drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and foster lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B technology sales, strong leadership capabilities, and the strategic vision to build and execute high-impact sales strategies across a fast-paced, competitive region.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of region-wide sales strategies aimed at achieving ambitious revenue targets, expanding market share, and securing a strong competitive position. You will be accountable for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and managing key accounts across the region. Additionally, you will oversee the performance of the regional sales team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
As the Regional Sales Director, you will also oversee the performance metrics for the region, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, refine strategies, and meet or exceed targets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams-including marketing, product development, and customer success-to ensure alignment across all functions and maximize the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies. This role also includes overseeing the regional sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and supporting business growth.
You will be responsible for preparing executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing clear insights into sales performance, market dynamics, and offering strategic recommendations to drive continued success.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 7 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in senior managerial or director-level positions within the technology sector. A strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market landscape and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies is essential. You should also be highly skilled in communication and negotiation, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis tools. The ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and make strategic adjustments based on data insights will be key to success in this role. You must be willing to travel frequently within the Asia-Pacific region to engage with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
