Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Identify and develop potential distributors through professional approach
  2. Co-ordinating & evaluating all marketing activities with distributors to ensure the maximum ROI
  3. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume which is in-line with company annual plan
  4. Proactively recruits new qualifying System Integrators and Solutions Partners
  5. Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basic
  6. Consistently feedback to company on market and competitor information with proposed strategic approach
  7. Manage potential Channel conflict with excellent communication skill
  8. Leads solution development efforts that best address projects need, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary channel and solution partners
  9. Manage, access and evaluate forecasting with distributors against the actual sales

Qualification:

  1. Minimum 2 years Sales experience, preferably in IT industry
  2. Knowledge in Basic Wireless Application is essential
  3. Experience in working with other Networking Vendor or Distributor will be an added advantage
  4. Experience in Wireless & Networking projects but without Sales experience are welcome to apply
  5. Able to speak mandarin.
