Strategic Accounts Wholesales
Breitling stands apart with its watches unapologetically dedicated to authentic adventures, in the air, at sea or on land. We are currently looking for a
Regional Sales Manager (f/m/x) to join our
#Squad.
Your responsibilities:
- To set sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales budgets & key sales figures, including quarterly/annual budgets, sell-in/sell-out performance, monthly POS forecasts and stock levels.
- Develop sales, product allocation and backorders for each POS
- Work closely with market Brand Managers/Ambassadors to ensure consistent and excellent Retail execution across the region
- Actively seek and negotiate for excellent location within a POS to best represents the Brand
- Lead and/ortake a proactive role in regional projects and execute business initiatives including but not limited to: wholesales trade incentives and/or retail specific projects when required
Drive Training Performance
- In collaboration with the respective Market Leaders to help build the stores performance goals and in partnership with the Retailers to training its sales team on products and selling activities.
- Together with the Retail Manager, develop and lead the execution of personalised coaching and follow-up activities that elevate and build Sales Team's capabilities (includes product knowledge, selling technique, customer service etc) to drive Retail Excellence and achieve business goals.
- To achieve 100% completion of Breitling Challenge of the entire South East Asia market.
- To provide skill, service and product training to our retailers and own retail team to ensure sales goals are met and to maximize sell out.
- Workin partnership with the Regional Commercial Director, Market Leaders, Finance and HR on FTE planning, productivity & optimization with the goal of delivering service excellence
- In collaboration with the Market Leaders, to support and execute the Brand's Education Strategy and retail training plans in accordance with marketing launches and sales strategies.
- Lead and plan training activities during in store visits, off sites conferences as well as virtual training.
Strengthen and Support
- Ensure efficient flow of products inclusive of: store openings, pop ups, delivery schedule, logistics in partnership with Merchandising, Supply Chain/Logistics alongside with respective Market Leader.
- Drive new tools and coordinate store issues follow up with IT (i.e. lead new release, training, salesforce activation)
- Support Marketing in media presentation as well as continuous engaging with local watch community groups through brand education and novelties sharingDrive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, optimizing pricing strategies, analysing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and sales operation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product assortment strategies.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the wholesale market and distribution channels.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Possess a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach to sales.
