Steelcase is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our dynamic Learning Sales team and make an impact!
The role requires both an Academic and Business approach to learning institutions to be able to understand the DNA of each client, their unique Teaching and Learning methodologies as well as their academic goals and vision to be translated into space environments.
You will be accountable for identifying and winning new business opportunities and growing existing clients within the Learning Segment (K12 Schools, Universities, Learning Institutes, Business Schools, Learning Centers, Corporate Learning) using a variety of resources from her/his own existing education network/influencers, Steelcase resources like research, WT&R, marketing, Global Teams.
Drives sales growth in the Southeast Asia and Australia education vertical by designing and implementing impactful customer experiences that improve win rates and accelerate the trial and adoption of active learning solutions. This role involves developing and delivering experiences and workshops that bring Steelcase's insights to life, creating a memorable and differentiated experience for customers and A&D professionals.
Customer Experience Design: Create a broad range of high-impact experiences and touchpoints throughout the sales journey, from initial engagement to post-installation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enhancing brand impact.
Content Development & Collaboration: Develop workshops, presentations, and content that showcase our insights and solutions, drawing on resources from departments like Workspace Futures, Brand Communications, and WT+R to ensure relevance and innovation.
Sales Enablement: Directly engage with customers and A&D professionals to lead experiences, demonstrating best practices for the sales team. Implement comprehensive training programs for sales consultants and, where applicable, dealer teams to scale these experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Keep all content current and relevant, adapting to emerging trends and customer feedback.
Impact Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of customer experiences in driving sales growth within the education sector.
