Oversee the progress of sales teams across the company and manage monthly revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis.
Collaborate with regional subsidiaries and partners to help them achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by developing targeted strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to conduct market and competitor analysis, using insights to shape effective marketing strategies and plans.
Leverage deep product knowledge to serve as the field expert for surgical products, conducting hands-on demonstrations
and providing procedural support to physicians.
Educate nurses and physicians on the safe and proper use of products in clinical settings, ensuring full understanding through comprehensive training.
Lead product training sessions for distributors, physicians, nurses, and other hospital stakeholders, preparing and delivering necessary training materials.
Build and nurture relationships with leaders and customers, gaining valuable insights into their needs and challenges.
Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction, escalating issues when necessary and working with internal teams to resolve them.
Partner with regional sales teams and channel partners to execute product launch strategies and promotional plans aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral to enhance brand awareness and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate demo and loaner equipment requests with channel partners and ensure timely delivery by working closely with the Supply Chain team.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, etc with minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management.
Experience working with medical devices, specifically in the Surgical field, is highly desirable.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing successful strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to support regional marketing activities.
