Regional Solution Engineer (IT/ West)

Responsibilities

.Presales support to sales team

.Attend to customer enquiries, understand pain points and propose solution best suited for the deployment

.Foster and sustain strong, productive and collaborative working relationship across all internal stakeholders (Commercial, Business Development, Finance)

.Conduct presentation customers physically and virtually

.Perform product demonstration to customers, partners in exhibition/events in Singapore and regionally

.Visits customer premises to assess requirements, constraints and overall situation

.Regional travel to Asia Pacific is required.

Requirements

.Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, and Mechanical Engineering field preferred.

.Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.

.Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office features

.Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English, verbal communication in multiple languages/dialect is advantegous

.Familiarity with SAP ERP or AUTOCAD will be an added advantage but not essential
