Primary Purpose of the Role:
You will support the Trade and Channel strategic program implementation across both offline and online channels and ensure the effective and successful pilot project execution and scale the implementations to other strategic markets in APAC.
Job Responsibilities:
- Retail operationalization and SOPs
You will ensure that all the markets are trained and apply retail executions designs and SOPs.
You will develop an effective audit process, to track and monitor the store quality standards regularly for both design & retail operations.
You will own the retail store execution consistency: external, internal. assortments, displays, merchandising etc. supported by the 3D designer.
You will continuously think of ways to upgrade retail experience and execution excellence.
- Trade activations & sell out programs
You will implement regional trade activations like events and in store activities in pilot markets i.e., liaison with agencies, country managers, on site visits.
You will learn best practice and scale and implement to other key strategic markets.
You will constantly think of new creative ideas to drive sell that both offline and online.
- E-Commerce brand execution & trade activities
You will liaise closely with digital manager to co-develop lead generation programs and operationalize offline.
You will drive e-comm execution consistency with offline channels i.e., activity focus and communications as consistent in both avenues.
- Trade activities and promotion governance and execution consistency
You will be the guardian of all cluster regional and cluster trade activities and promotion calendar.
You will develop and own tracking and monitoring system for all countries program alignments to business goals, ROI and learnings.
Job Requirements:
You have a bachelors degree is required, preferable with in Marketing or Communication background
You have 5+ years trade/channel marketing foundation, with experience in channel planning and marketing, marketplace activation (both offline and online)
You have exposure to different markets/ country environment with the understanding of the different market dynamics & needs
You have experience in brand communications - product marketing is plus
You have knowledge and skills in Trade /Channel including
Ability to manage power SKU assortment planning
POSM X Channel planning,
Retail Design/Merchandising
Promotion Planning and BTL activations
You have knowledge in retailers B2B programs like incentives packages , loyalty rewards programs etc.
You have the ability to churn data (e.g. channel and sales data) in excel and distill findings and insights
You are an effective communicator who can work with teams in a cross-cultural environment
You are willing to travel and be on site and frequent store visits
You are fluent in English both in verbal and written - Mandarin will be a plus
