Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / any related disciplines
Experience in planning and implementing employee skill analysis, training needs analysis
Well versed in LMS/ HRM systems e.g. Planning and developing training modules in LMS. Planning, designing, and building talent management systems
Have basic knowledge of Applied Product/ HVAC/Control will have an advantage
