Job Description:
- To oversee and drive the company training portfolio by creating and executing high-quality, efficient training solutions that meet global standards.
- The role involves optimizing resource use, achieving tangible business outcomes, and elevating training performance across the region.
- The candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering high-quality training programs for employees, distributors, and stakeholders across the region.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to design and execute product training initiatives for the SAP region.
- Roll out global training strategies and tools within the SAP region, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and measurable returns.
- Deliver top-tier training through a balanced mix of digital and in-person sessions, reducing the dependency on costly onsite workshops.
- Collect and analyze feedback to gauge the effect of training programs on business results, refining initiatives for ongoing improvement.
- Ensure that regional digital training aligns with global protocols, emphasizing cost-effective production methods.
- Provide comprehensive training content to employees and customers, maintaining high standards and expertise in educational delivery.
- Guide and support the training team to meet key performance targets and foster their professional growth.
- Manage and oversee departmental budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize training-related returns on investment.
- Maintain high standards for training programs, facilities, and certification processes to ensure long-term effectiveness.
- Handle other tasks and projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training and Development, or a Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required.
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is a an advantage
- Proven experience in leading and developing a product-related training department or provider within a cross-cultural setting.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles and e-learning methodologies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in training management, corporate education, or a related field.
- Experience in medical device industry will be a plus point
