Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop team members in Visual Merchandising (VM) for the Salomon/Descente brands, provide project management and execution support across the Southeast Asia region.
• Prepare VM training materials and conduct trainings for junior or newly joined colleagues, manage the circulation list for updating the wider VM network and vendors.
• Help develop regional guidelines for country offices to follow, in adherence to global standards.
• Visit markets for better understanding as well as research new concepts and business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and communicate visual presentation challenges with recommended solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Design or any related fields.
• At least 6 years of previous work experience in a retail setting. For Manager level, at least 2 years of people management.
• Good understanding of retail business and sports products.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English in order to liaise with colleagues in China and Southeast Asia countries.
• Passion for sports is a must.
