Job Highlights:· Flexible time schedules (Mon Fri only, negotiable during interview)

Minimum 18 to 27 Hours a week or up to 3 working days per week· This position does not allow working from home
· Regular temp position
· Report directly to Managing Director and work closely with Operation Manager and Operation Executive
· Assist with all administrative tasks such as database management, billing, hiring, payroll, claims processing and so on
· Attending to email/phone enquiries and follow up with customers
· Any other ad-hoc matters as requested
- Minimum O levels and above
- 2. Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace
- 3. Able to handle HRMS and Accounting system (training will be provided)
- Pro-active with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Able to work as soon as possible
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
