Job Summary
Regulatory Analysts examine, evaluate, and investigate conformity with telecoms laws and regulations governing and perform other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities. Regulatory Analysts will provide reports of analysis and communicate results of the analysis/investigations effectively and concisely to the wider team.
Job Description
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring regulatory and competitive developments.
- Analysing impact of telecom regulatory, policy and market developments.
- Informing and advising to internal Stakeholders about any regulation changes in regulation.
- Regulatory submissions for regulators, ministries and other government bodies, as required.
- Supporting monitoring and reporting of regulatory data to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met, producing necessary reporting and insight to reduce risk to the business.
- Creating and maintaining close working relationship with key stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements.
- Responding to regulatory data related queries from business stakeholders.
