A venture capital firm focused on investing into innovative startups within the consumer technology space is seeking a Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Officer to join their team.
Work closely with internal teams to collect the essential information and data for regulatory reporting obligations.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports while regularly reviewing legal entity structures and financial statements.
2-3 years of experience preferably from a fund management company or relevant
- Knowledgeable about funds and/or posess private markets product knowledge
A good understanding of CMS licensing requirements and reporting standards
