Location: Central (Newton)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:
- Seek out potential clients and business prospects for secured lending (Property).
- Actively promote the company's range of financial products and offer guidance on loans to address customer financing requirements.
- Maintain steady growth and achieve pre-set business targets.
- Proactive monitoring of portfolio accounts to achieve maximum profitability and identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen involvement with key partners and proactively build and manage long-term partnerships
- Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis.
- Partake in sales and marketing activities in generating prospects.
- Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance or related field
- No prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Meticulous in documentation work
- Experience in term loans and mortgage loans is a plus
- Possess an outgoing personality
