About The Role

As a Relationship Manager, you can expect the following:
Client Sourcing and Networking: Take responsibility for sourcing and fostering new client relationships through active networking within the industry.
Client Management: Oversee multiple prospects and prioritize efforts to anticipate and ensure appropriate responses to their needs, including fiat/digital asset transactions, trading orders, custody, and more.
Client Onboarding: Manage the client onboarding process with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations.
CRM Management: Update and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of all relationships.
Market Expertise: Maintain an expert understanding of the crypto market landscape by understanding Sygnums offerings, attending conferences and events, staying up to date on regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network.
What we expect:
Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred; MSc/MBA/CFA is a plus.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, BD, and client servicing/customer care for private or institutional clients; experience at a regulated FI is a plus.
Skill Set: Demonstrated consultative mindset and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a hands-on mentality.
Client Onboarding & Management: Experience in onboarding and maintaining client relationships and familiarity with Singapore and other key jurisdictions - crypto regulations.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Chinese or other major APAC language is a plus.
