Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking - Local Large Corporates

Our client is an established regional bank, with a strong client network in Singapore and Asia Pacific. They are currently looking for a Relationship Manager for its Corporate Banking team to manage local large corporate and regional (Malaysia & Australia) clients.

about the job

• Establish and maintain new and existing client relationships
• Identify client business needs, providing solution via the bank's suite of corporate banking products and cross-sell products to corporate clients in accordance with the bank's strategy, regulations and credit risk policies
• Prioritise on growing wallet share of clients while mitigating potential risks
• Preparing credit applications and overseeing the end-to-end process of deals and handling of loan documentation

about the manager / team

Part of a stable team, this role reports to the Head of Corporate Banking.

skills & experience required

• At least 4 years of experience as a corporate banking relationship manager or mid-market relationship manager
• Exposure to local large corporates and APAC markets
• Knowledge and experience in trade finance, bilateral and syndicated loans, structured finance, project finance, LBO, treasury and financial markets
• Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills
