Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Account Management:
Oversee and expand the existing client portfolio with the assistance of team members;
Address all inquiries and cases initiated by the Head and Desk Manager;
Act as the primary contact for both existing and prospective clients, managing all aspects of their accounts;
Foster and sustain robust, enduring client relationships;
Negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure maximum profitability;
Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
Guarantee the prompt and efficient delivery of solutions tailored to meet client needs and objectives;
Handle challenging client requests or escalate issues when necessary;
Marketing and Business Development:
Identify opportunities to develop new business with both existing and potential clients;
Establish and maintain new partnerships with professionals, including attending and organizing events;
Administrative Management:
Perform daily administrative duties such as drafting mandate agreements, coordinating with the accounting department, and reviewing financial statements;
Liaise with the corporate secretarial department to review corporate documents;
Conduct market research and compile general research on various topics;
Prepare Excel registries and invoices;
Effectively communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders;
Project and monitor key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
Desired Qualifications
A diploma or degree in business management, administration, or accounting, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience;
Proven ability to manage tasks while upholding strict confidentiality requirements;
Proficiency in English, with additional fluency in French, Mandarin, or other languages being advantageous;
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Outstanding interpersonal skills;
Professional and approachable demeanor.
