Relationship Manager (Loans) WEST

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new corporate clients/SMEs. (cold-calling & outreach programs)
• Service and foster relationships with existing corporate accounts.
• Conduct reviews and customize solutions to meet customers financial needs.
• Actively seek referrals from new and existing clients by establishing a network of business contacts.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality and compliance.
• Generate and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Prepare and submit credit proposals.

Requirements

• A Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, or Engineering
• 2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, SME, or corporate lending/loans.
• Entry-level candidates with a keen interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Able to interact and engage with others easily to generate potential business leads.
• Possess out-of-the-box thinking to identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of performance and able to work independently.
