The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between the clients and the Bank. He/she is responsible for the proactive management of a portfolio of High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth private wealth clients. This includes the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions to meet clients needs.

Responsibilities:
Source for and acquire new clients that are in line with the Bank's Wealth Management target markets
Build, manage and deepen new and existing relationships with clients so to enable to a long term and holistic banking relationship with the Bank
Work closely with Investments Counsellors to co-manage the portfolio of clients and generate investment revenue
Deliver excellent service to clients and deepen relationship by value-adding to clients wealth management needs
Aspire to achieve individual performance objectives, from client book development, sales /financials, to upholding risk/compliance culture
Have a comprehensive understanding of the local regulatory requirements of the investment advisory business and apply this knowledge appropriately
Ensure that all transactions comply with the Bank and regulatory requirements
Conduct business with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
At least 5 - 10 years relevant banking experience with a proven track record in the private banking/wealth management segment
Solid sales record in asset acquisition and generating sustainable revenue is expected in the role
Strong business development skills with a network of client referral channels
A self-starter and team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention
Strong understanding of financial services industry and demonstrate a strong interest in financial, global and capital markets
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships
Highly motivated, ability to work independently and determined to work in a platform of growth and entrepreneurial company
