Relationship Manager (Property)

Responsibilities
. Acquiring new corporate clients for secured lending (Property)
. Manage and service existing accounts
. Promote company's range of financial products and offer guidance on loans
. Generate & achieve KPI targets assigned
. Build a strong network of business contracts to generate referrals
. Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales or related fields
. Minimum 1-2 years working experience with sales and sales support role
. Highly self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
. Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
. Experience in term loans and mortgage loans advantageous
