Below is the Job Description for Singapore Candidates to support bank customer onboarding activity for wealth segment.

Activities involve,

. To receive, review and process applications received via remote channels to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate

. To generate reports and handle internal enquiries relating to lead volumes and conversion rates

. Should be visiting Citi Bank located in Changi Business park on a daily basis

Requirements

. On-site in Singapore - Only for Citizens or PR

. Relevant experience

. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Demonstrated analytical skills and able to work in a team
