- Regularly communicate technical insights and collaborate with various site teams and regulatory bodies to align reliability, sustainability, and energy initiatives for smooth project implementation.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and predict future performance, driving data-based maintenance strategies for optimal results.
- Troubleshoot plant and process issues to minimize downtime by investigating equipment failures, identifying root causes, and suggesting solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Use engineering expertise to identify improvement opportunities, bring innovative ideas to the table, and drive continuous improvements in design and development.
- Lead energy-saving initiatives across the plant, conducting energy audits, tracking consumption, and recommending actions to optimize usage.
- Drive sustainability programs to reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, promote environmental responsibility, and explore renewable energy solutions for the plant.
- Ensure plant compliance with environmental regulations, energy standards, and sustainability reporting requirements.
- Monitor energy and sustainability metrics, report progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on energy and sustainability projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in reliability engineering and/or energy management, or sustainability in a manufacturing plant
- Proficiency in reliability engineering tools (FMEA, RCA) and energy management practices, including energy audits and renewable energy solutions.
- Energy monitoring systems, and sustainability reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
