UWCSEA East campus has a vacancy for a Relief Customer Experience Ambassador (Administration & Receiving) to start from immediately.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Executive, the Customer Experience Ambassador, you play a vital role in creating a pleasant experience for our community members. You will be deployed to a primary role and at times to support any specifically assigned secondary role which will be within the defined scopes of supporting the customer experience journey. College operates in terms and various breaks are excellent opportunities for cross training as well as supporting other sections of facilities and operations.
Daily job of printing tutorial / worksheets using school heavy duty photocopiers.
- Assist with large format posters printing on Epson printers.
Operate the binding and laminating machines.- 1st level troubleshooting of equipment (photocopiers, laminating & binding machines).
Coordinate and communicate any office machine/equipment repairs and maintenance issues to the vendors.
- Manage purchase orders and check office stationery supplies.
Maintain the stationery POS system.- Receiving and sorting of all incoming deliveries from vendors/suppliers, checking and posting in the CRM system and arranging delivery to the requestor.
Assist with stocking of copy papers and consumables to various locations. (30+ copiers in campus)
- Accompany / escort (Envoy) of visitors and delivery staff when visiting the campus.
Compile and submit monthly statistics reports.- Manage mailroom operation including ensuring the prompt and accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing mail packages.
Assist with franking, posting, courier and shipping of outgoing mails / parcels.
- Record incoming and outgoing mails / parcels
Monthly franking report to finance and Singapore post.- Perform mail collection / dispatch from various nominated (15) locations twice a day within the campus.
Receiving and sorting of all incoming deliveries from vendors/suppliers, checking and posting in the CRM system and arranging delivery to the requestor.
- Accompany / escort (Envoy) of visitors and delivery staff when visiting the campus.
Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Office and GSuite, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to Work Independently
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
